FAST ENOUGH FOR YA?

In spite of a particularly onerous economy, but thanks in large part to the continued support of great clients–including the Wildlife Council, Epoch Estate Wines, High Plains Bison, and others–Extra Strength was just recognized by the Denver Business Journal as one of Denver’s fastest growing private companies. Several agency staffers rubbed elbows with fellow nominees at the Grand Hyatt Hotel downtown, noshing on a tasty breakfast, completely surprised at how alert they were at 7 a.m.

AGENCY GONE WILD!

Deep in the heart of the forest primeval…okay, just west of Jefferson, we were on location to shoot two new television commercials for longtime client, The Wildlife Council. This is year four of an ongoing public awareness campaign to inform the entire state about the essential role hunters and fisherman play managing wildlife populations and funding virtually all of the programs and activities of the Colorado Division of Wildlife.

We tapped CREATE Films and director Eric Altman to assemble cast and crew including DP Lowell Pierce and AD Steve Pherigo. Once again, Tyler Baskfield and Dennis McKinney from the DOW provided incredible footage of wild Colorado along with indispensible technical guidance. And Mother Nature herself delivered two spectacular days of Indian summer. A splendid time was had by all.

STICK A CORK IN IT.

With an eye toward critical acclaim, favorite client Epoch Estate Wines bottled three Cote-du-Rhone blends with an eye on release in Spring, 2010. It was “all hands on deck” naming, designing, and managing multiple vendors to get labels, bottles, corks, and capsules delivered to the vineyard to bottle nearly 300 cases each of three blends and a killer Zinfandel. Meanwhile, we consulted with Nexternal to build an e-commerce portal to the their website.
